Building Layout
LCI plans design, excavation and building layout through our Trimble RTS total station. Designed specifically for concrete applications, the Trimble RTS Series Robotic Total Station offers construction-specific functionality and significantly increases accuracy, reliability, efficiency, and productivity over conventional systems.
Foundations
Limoges Construction has the experience and knowledge to lay concrete foundations from light to heavy commercial and industrial. Commercial and industrial foundations require the necessary support to sustain heavier loads – and this changes how we construct each foundation. Our team at LCI understands this, as well as all the variables of traffic, weather, moisture, location and more.
Concrete Flatwork
At Limoges Construction, we have the ability to complete flatwork construction from post tension slabs to increased floor flatness requirements and heavily reinforced concrete slabs. We are skilled at placing and finishing any floor slab your project requires.
Rebar Fabrication
LCI has the ability to provide customized rebar fabrication for our projects – faster and more precise - than other rebar providers because of our in-house fabrication shop. LCI has the capacity to bend #3 to #10 and shear #3 to #6. Your project will never be limited by the requirements to get the job done right.
We have a vast portfolio of specialized commercial industrial projects. From our 32-meter Putzmeister pump truck, our Copperhead screed, Ligchine laser, Trimble robotic total station and custom rebar shear and bender, we’re equipped to build your most solid foundation.
